Shipping policy

Orders are processed and delivered Mon. through Fri., excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until the following Monday. All orders are shipped from Taiwan. Different items have different shipping days:

• POD* and customized products takes about 1 week to print and another 2 weeks to ship to western countries.
  
• Other items will be shipped in 1 business days after you place the order.

 

After shipping, the standard international package usually takes 10 to 14 days to arrive. In your country, the order will be delivered by your local post office (ex, USPS in the US). If you don't receive anything 14 days after shipping day (usually because no one is at home when a mailman visits), please contact your closest post office asap, where your package will be stored for a while. Leaving your package in a post office for too long will cause the package to be returned to the original shipper.

Should that happen, you'll have to pay for returning shipping fee and can choose to resend with resending shipping fee, or to refund for non-customized/POD order but shipping fee will be deducted.

Shipping delays may happen due to COVID nowadays.
